The eternal question – you’re going to spend a few days on a beautiful Caribbean island…but, it’s a business event too. How do you dress for that?
Well, here’s your answer. You’re going to Aruba! Pull out your shorts, your bathing suit, your light weight shirts and stay cool! It
will be “good taste” beach casual for this trip, with the only
exception being the Awards Cocktail Party and Banquet, which is still
formal – dresses, suits, tuxes, etc.
Now
remember, you’ll be around people you work with and you don’t want to
be “that person” who is the talk of the event, but you are pretty close
to the equator and it does get hot. So dress cool, dress smart and don’t sweat it!
